Professional event management is required to provide an efficient, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests including spectators, event participants & workers. Getting this right can be critical for an event host’s reputation. CI is the pioneer and industry leader in Event Services (EVS), the function that has been the public face of the largest events in the world.
For an event to be successful, the EVS workforce must be welcoming, knowledgeable, and committed to excellent customer service. CI specializes in the recruitment, training, and mobilization of this workforce.
We also plan and manage a range of essential services which support EVS staff and the guest environment, including operational resources, transportation, uniforms and Event Day Command, Control & Communications.
By visualizing the guest experience through the eyes of Spectators and Sponsors, Athletes, Olympic Family, Press & Broadcast, and Staff, CI’s planners act as advocates for improving their movement, access to amenities and level of convenience. This advocacy is essential to creating a positive and memorable event experience.
The Volunteer and Paid Staff roles we prepare and deliver at event-time include, Venue Managers, Supervisors, Communication operators, Staffing Managers, Ticket Takers, Spectator Marshalls, Ushers, Information Hosts and Accreditation Check hosts.
