Damon Zumwalt, the pioneer of peer group security and crowd control, first organized CSC in 1967 as a much-needed solution for entertainment security. After receiving his degree from UCLA, where he was well known for both his athletic and leadership skills, Damon expanded CSC into a full service corporation.

Todd began his career in the Event industry with operational planning for Ticketing at the Atlanta 1996 and Sydney 2000 Olympic Games before joining CI to focus on project leadership roles in Event Services, Security and Client Relations through 5 Olympic Games and numerous international events.

David Churches is an internationally renowned consultant providing specialist advice relating to the bidding for and the planning of major events.

Jan has over two decades of experience in venue management, operations and guest services for concerts, award shows, sporting events, festivals and Olympic Games worldwide. He has hands-on experience in events as diverse as the Special Olympics and the ESPN Xtreme Summer Games.

Lorraine has developed a range of high-level event management and training skills over the past thirty years. She has applied her knowledge of project control, venue operations, operational integration, public information, and training & development at six Olympic and Paralympic Games as well as a variety of other international events.

In the last 15 years Fiona has specialised in event operations, specifically in the planning and operations of multi-venue sports and entertainment complexes and common/urban domain spaces. Much of her professional career has been focused on the management of these environments for international events.

Susan began her career with Contemporary International during the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games project, where she worked in the Venue Staffing and Volunteer Management division. The division recruited, trained and mobilized over 7,000 people for Event Services and Security.

Since 1999, Trevor Walsh has been privileged to contribute to the organisation of some of the world’s most prestigious events. His event resumé includes involvement in every level of national and international sport competition including the Canada Games, Pan American Games, Commonwealth Games and Olympic Games.

Alicia has applied her event management and people skills to a variety of roles at the Torino and Vancouver Olympic Winter Games, the Melbourne Commonwealth Games and the Sundance Film Festival.

Tammy-Sue has played an integral part in the planning and operations of 5 Olympic Games. She joined the CI team in 2001. Tammy-Sue’s credentials also include several major sport events including 2 Commonwealth Games and 2 FIFA World Cups, making her an experienced and valued member of CI.

Working in graphic design and marketing since 1990, Michael joined CI before the Athens 2004 Games, where he was responsible for creative services including the development of the Athens 2004 Spectator Guide and related web content.

A former military specialist who was attached to 3rd Commando, Special Service Force, Canadian Airborne Regiment, Kevin is a seasoned event security professional with invaluable experience in local markets.

Coming from a design background which included Creative Direction for major international and Canadian brands, Peter joined CI in 2010 to develop branding and design for the Games Security Screening (GSS) portion of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games and the G8/G20 Summits in Toronto.
