Ellen has become a veteran in the event management industry over the past 20 years. With a lifelong fascination with people and the amazing outcomes created by teams, Ellen’s work has focused on releasing the human potential through knowledge and training

Ellen has coordinated numerous international sporting events since 1988, in countries ranging from Turkey to Costa Rica and Australia. She spent 18 years in the outdoor tourism industry, including managing a customer service centre, training new employees and event volunteers, and working as a skills-based instructor and instructor-trainer before joining Contemporary International.

In the past 10 years she has authored and delivered management development curricula, immersion training for just-in-time management hires, rapid-training for supervisors, and both job-specific and customer service training for the front-line employees and volunteers.  Her broad experience in major events has been applied in training, operations and project integration.
