Fiona Richmond

Senior Manager, Operations

In the last 15 years Fiona has specialised in event operations, specifically in the planning and operations of multi-venue sports and entertainment complexes and common/urban domain spaces. Much of her professional career has been focused on the management of these environments for international events.

Fiona has worked in senior roles for Spectator Services and Operations at the Sydney, Salt Lake City and Athens Olympic Games and Manchester and Melbourne Commonwealth Games.

As with most of the CI experts, her experience extends well beyond planning and operations. She is adaptive to the project environment and has extensive skills in project management and integration, logistics, support operations, and the provision of training development to thousands of staff. Fiona is a Senior Manager of Operations with Contemporary International and has been with the CI’s group of companies since 1999.
