Todd Severson

Todd began his career in the Event industry with operational planning for Ticketing at the Atlanta 1996 and Sydney 2000 Olympic Games before joining CI to focus on project leadership roles in Event Services, Security and Client Relations through 5 Olympic Games and numerous international events.

With exceptional Project Management, Leadership and Client Relations skills, Todd has been project leader for many of Contemporary International’s major projects, including the Athens 2004 Olympic Games and the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games.

In his role as an IOC Advisor, Todd took part in the Beijing 2008 IOC Observer tours and conducted several seminars for the Beijing Event Services leadership team.

In 2010 Todd steered a team of 200 project staff to successfully recruit, train and mobilize over 5000 security staff who undertook perimeter security duties for Vancouver 2010, under the guidance of our client, the RCMP.  Todd was also the leader of CI’s G8/G20 project in Toronto, Canada, later in 2010.
